RETURNS AND REFUNDS

OUR MISSION 

We believe in the golden rule: treat others as you would want to be treated. Kazani also aims for 100 percent customer satisfaction on all of our products. For these reasons, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we want to hear from you. 

BEFORE YOU RETURN, CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING 

You may have a problem with our products because you are using too much of the formula. Our products are potent and concentrated. You only need a very small amount to see results. Consider reducing the amount of product you are using before you decide to return. 

RETURNS 

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the safety and comfort of our employees is our primary concern. For this reason, we are not accepting returns at this time unless your product is unused and remains in the same condition it was received. Original packaging is required. 

We also do not accept returns for products you have had for longer than 30 days. Therefore, if your purchase was more than 30 days ago, we can unfortunately not offer you a refund or exchange. 

If you are able to complete the return, we will refund your money for the amount stated on your proof of purchase or receipt once we receive your item. You will only receive a partial refund if the item is returned damaged or not in its original condition. 

REFUNDS 

We will send you an email notifying you after your item is received and inspected, and whether we have approved or rejected your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. 

If your refund is late or missing, check your bank account again, then contact your payment method company. Refunds can take time before showing up in your account, as there can be processing before your refund is posted. 

If you have contacted your bank, credit card company, or other method of payment and have not made progress, please contact us at contact@kazanibeauty.com.

EXCHANGES

Your item will only be replaced if it arrives in a defective or damaged condition. Need to exchange it for the same item? Send us an email at contact@kazanibeauty.com within 7 days of receiving your order. You may send your item back to us at the following address: 276 Fifth Avenue Suite 704 New York, NY 10001.

GIFTS 

If you received your item as a gift and it was marked as such when purchased, you will receive a Kazani gift card for the value of your return or exchanged item. Once we have received your return, your gift card will be emailed or mailed to you. 

If your item was not indicated as a gift when purchased, the person who gifted you the item will receive the refund on their method of payment, and they will be notified about the return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping return costs. For large returns, we recommend you utilize a trackable package service since we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping is not included in your payment. The duration of time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
