Luxury Inspired By the Mediterranean
Kazani body oils and hair serums are inspired by the Mediterranean, a land with rich resources and a compelling history. Through Kazani’s ingredients, you will grow acquainted with ancient Pagan heritage and civilization, specifically the holistic approach using calming oils to care for the hair and skin.
ROOTED IN FAMILIAL TRADITION
These rich ingredients have been essential to founder Selmin Karatas and her family for many decades. As a child, Selmin spent beautiful, dazzling summers along the coast of the Turkish Mediterranean basking in all of the rare history and splendor the land has to offer. As she visited, surrounded by generations of family members, she was often captivated by the stories of her descendants using the Mediterranean’s ingredients for generations to improve their hair and skin.Â
As Selmin grew older, she longed for ways to bring the nourishing luxury of her family’s Pagan beauty routines to a wider global audience and consumer. To do so she enlisted the help of her father, Ali Karatas, a widely regarded professional French chef uniquely familiar with the rich ingredients of the Mediterranean. Together the pair developed Kazani’s one-of-a-kind, patent-pending formulas using cold-pressed flowers, oils, and herbs.
Above all, Selmin and Ali want to introduce you to these timeless formulas so that you may experience the luxury that is Mediterranean-inspired care for yourself.
